These terms cover your purchase and use of the CutSound sound effects pack and anything sold on cutsound.store. By buying, you agree to them.
What You Buy
A digital download of sound effect files. After payment you get a download link on screen and by email. Nothing is shipped.
Your Licence
You may use the sounds in any video or audio project you make, for yourself or for clients, paid or unpaid, including ads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, films, podcasts and games. The licence does not expire.
You may not:
- sell, share or give away the sound files on their own or as part of another sound pack, sample library or template;
- upload the files to a sound library, stock site or AI training set;
- register the sounds with a content ID system as your own.
The licence is for one person or one company. Ownership of the sounds stays with CutSound.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and are one time payments, not a subscription. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
The download link is shown right after payment and sent to the email you entered. If it does not arrive, write to us and we will send it again.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Updates
If we add sounds to the pack, buyers can download the new version from their link at no cost.
Liability
The files are provided as they are. We are not liable for any loss that comes from how you use them. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you bought applies to that purchase.
